From KAZE TO KI NO UTA With Love

Kaze to Ki no Uta (The Song of the Wind and the Trees) was the most influential yaoi manga ever written. It was written by Keiko Takemiya through the years 1976 to 1984. The story revolves around two boys in a french boarding school who are around the age of fourteen. The first boy is Serge Battour, the son of a noble man and a Gypsy courtesan. Both of his parents are now dead and he is sent to the school that his father had attended. Because of his dark skin, most people refuse to treat him as a noble. Serge is a hard working student and a kind person, but he's put to the test when he meets Gilbert Cocteau. Gilbert has been held back in this school for years, although they're still about the same age. Gilbert has a huge effect on the way the school works because he prostitutes himself, even to the faculty. Therefore, Gilbert can never be thrown out. He's often compared to a woman, as he is thin and beautiful, always wearing lipstick. But, although he appeals to some, most of the boys at the school despise him. Gilbert is a mysterious character, as he seems to hate himself, as well as everyone around him. The beauty from his deep sadness captivates so many people around him. He lives for love, but has no interest in other people. That is, until he meets Serge Battour, the only boy who may ever truly understand him. The story revolves around science VS religion and religion VS love. It's only what you truly believe that matters.

Age rating: This manga was written so that younger teenagers, as well, could begin to understand that, when it comes to love, you need to listen to your heart and not the crowd. But, there are lots of visuals that will most likely be very uncomfortable for people under 14-13. Personally, I would suggest reading it at 15.

Clover lyrics

these are the lyrics from the manga is English for the song that Sue and Ora wrote together:

I want happiness
I seek happiness

To cause your happiness
To be your happiness

Take me
To a true Elsewhere,
Deliver me,

A bird in a gilded cage,
A bird bereft of flight,
A bird that cannot cry,
A bird all by itself,

So take me
I want happiness

Happy just to be with you,
Happy just to see you smile,

So take me
to a true Elsewhere

Please, take me
To happiness

My first thought
And my last wish,

A promised land where fairies wait
With room just enough for two.

So deliver me, help me

To forget the tribulations of the day
And to stay in this dream of night,
Where I can be thinking of you forever

Take me

To my bliss.

So we all know that Katherine has a fashion press, but it's not really sincere. So, I decided to make the first installment of my own fashion press. Most of the items are handmade, vintage, or from very small brands. Maybe you'll find yourself here ^^
